Alpena Spirit is a non-profit competitive tumble and cheer program offered to girls from ages 5 years to 17 years old. The program is offered in the Alpena, MI area. All instructors are employed on a volunteer basis and tuition fees are collected for program materials only.
Season: September to Mid-March
3-4 Competitions per season.
All squads perform musical routines incorporating synchronized tumbling passes, cheerleading stunts, pyramids, fast-paced dance steps and multiple jump sequences. All team members are issued all-star uniforms.
The program welcomes all interested members but does require certain tumble skill levels for specific team placement. The program is geared toward the serious gymnast, cheerleader or dancer who is not afraid to perform in front of large crowds. Only members who can give 100% commitment to practice and competition schedules are encouraged to join.
Practice twice weekly at Thunder Bay Recreation Center Gym located at 701 Woodward Ave. Alpena, MI.
Tuition rates range from $30-$40 per month with first tuition payment due September. Members must also pay a registration fee to secure a spot on one of the teams.

Senior: Ages 18 & under *
